Plotting options
*****************************

A number of optional plotting functions are available in `mdreg` that can 
be helpful to visualise the data and results of the coregistration. 

They are summarised in :ref:`plot`. In order to access them, `mdreg` must be 
installed with *complete* or *plot* options (see :ref:`installation`).
